FIT 2 the BooTy will now be 6:30-7:30pm Monday/Wednesday and Small Group Training will be moved to Tuesday/Thursday 6:30pm for the next two weeks. If anyone has any issues please contact me privately via email and we can discuss.
ADDITIONAL OUTDOOR FIT being offered to anyone Thursdays 6:15am-7:15am Meeting location Waterfront city hall.

With summer here now I want to offer you the most dynamic and flexible schedule ever! As a summer special I would like to offer variety and new things for JUNE and JULY.

Moving forward there will be more flexibility in options. I am going to offer the following. With the weather being so nice I want to offer the ULTIMATE MORNING MOTIVATOR which is 4 mornings of classes. Indoor/outdoor and weights circuit.
Unlimited Small Group give you the freedom to do whatever you want whenever you want!
Classes can be added or taken away anytime depending on what is working and what is not working. NEW exciting classes like yoga, outdoor run groups, and beginner classes or Zumba classes may become available on the schedule with other instructors at anytime.
UNLIMITED SMALL GROUP AND ALL OTHER CLASS MEMBERSHIP $290.00
This will give you the freedom and flexibility to attend any and all Small Group sessions plus access to ALL OTHER classes on the schedule. 
 
UNLIMITED ULTIMATE PACKAGE $195.00 
includes access to all classes except Small Group Training

3rd year Current Bachelor of Human Kinetics Student, CFES Weight Instructor and Basic Group Exercise Training Certified.

Brooke’s athletic background and passion for helping others has enabled her to set off her fitness career by gaining mastery knowledge on basic exercise techniques to strengthen the overall body. She is CFES certified with goals of becoming a certified personal trainer. Brooke is excited to offer you her knowledge on how to improve your body’s form and tone and has the desire and ambition to help clients evolve their workouts and achieve higher levels of fitness and performance.

Brooke is offering Core and Strength classes for beginner exercisers as well as Individual Consultations for beginner exercisers. Individual consultations can be booked with Brook.

Wow… It March! two months into 2013 :) I hope you are maintaining your fitness habits and have been coming to class on a regular basis. If not then be sure to check out a class or two to get you motivated and back on track.
With march break around the corner some of you will be going away but others are sticking around town. That is why I wanted to offer a special MARCH BREAK package for everyone and anyone to come out and try a few things at the FIT 2 the T studio.
From the week of March 24th- March 29th Tara will be offering a variety of events for you to attend.
One of them being a FREE KIDS FITNESS CAMP Monday and Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 this is open to kids of all ages who are interested in coming to the studio and having some fun with Tara and some of the equipment. I will be opening this to all ages and will split kids into groups based on age category and fitness levels. We will be playing games and having a chance to try some of the equipment out.
