SMALL GROUP TRAINING
The next level to get GET FIT. This group is small group training sessions with 10 or less people. These sessions will focus on more muscle work with equipment and special focus on muscle development. These classes are for more advance individuals who have been doing GET FIT for a while and understand the basic fitness principals and have a strong sense of proper form. This class is great for any athlete, male, female looking to take their fitness to the next level. Very similar to GET FIT, GET RIPPED classes will incorporate all the training principals to get in the best FIT shape ever.
Simular to Tabata, Cross Fit, P90 X, Bootcamp, and other fitness trends. This is not a simple fitness class for the average person. This class is for individuals who are serious and who are looking to get pushed beyond their limits.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING @ BREAKAWAY with FIT 2 the T

Take your fitness to the next level with FIT 2 the T’s unique weight training sessions. Join a group of 10-15 people and experience the benefit of pushing yourself to the next level. The program is designed for individuals who have a base fitness foundation, and are looking for a structured intense workout program. Groups of 10 people (small enough to get individual attention at an affordable rate.)
These 45 minute sessions are designed to provide cardio, strength, functionality, core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The workouts change each class so you never know what your workout will be and you will never get BORED. The only thing you can be sure of is that you will get results, and feel fantastic.
