MORNING WAKEUP :

Simular to GET FIT, Morning Wakeup is a 45 minute class designed to wake up your body and get a kick start to the day. Morning Wakeup classes involve less talk and more do style environment, with Tabata Style training and core muscle development. All you need is your mat, water bottle, and the  drive to push hard.

This morning workout is great for those who find it difficult to fit working out into their schedule in the evenings. I know the mornings can seem difficult, but try it out for 6 weeks and see how you feel- I guarantee that you will love it and could even possibly break threw a fitness plateau that you may be experiencing.
