FIT 2 the T Baby & ME Fitness class
This program is for all of those mom’s on mat leave looking to get back into fitness and lose those extra few pregnancy pounds they gained, or who want to get out and socialize with other ladies and feel good about moving their bodies and getting back into shape. The great thing about this program is that you can bring your baby with you and they can be right beside you while you are working out.
Tara has created fun, unique warm ups that you do with the baby! We lift them and move with them and utilize them as weights. After the warm up with baby, we put them in their car seats, strollers or on mats right beside us and continue to work out while they watch (or sleep or play). We use the babies again for upper and lower body work, and abdominal conditioning. If your baby get fussy or needs feed during class. The wonderful private environment provided the ability to work around the babies’ schedule; so feeding, diaper changing, caring for baby goes on throughout the class.
The class will focus on Body weight conditioning similar to the GET FIT program that Tara currently does. As well as some special activites for mom and baby to learn and do at home. Come on out for an hour of fun, fitness, and FAST IMPROVEMENTS
